While growing produce is our primary focus, we have also undertaken extensive native restoration around the property and have been developing the property as an eco-tourism destination that seamlessly fits into the ‘farm to plate’ experience.
We’ve selected one central paddock for growing organic produce. A 900sqm food forest greenhouse at the heart of our food production system provides a level of crop security as well as early-season and specialty produce.
Before 2018, the property comprised 60 hectares of grazing land with 28 hectares in bush and wetlands. We have retired an additional 16 hectares of land from grazing, of which 13 hectares have been planted with around 20,000 native trees.
