We specialise in growing produce and ingredients that are not commonly found in your average supermarket in New Zealand. Being of Malaysian and Japanese heritage, we tend to lean towards Asian style cuisine and love cooking (and eating!) aromatic, spicy and flavoursome meals. Here, we share our favourite, tried and tested, easy to follow recipes incorporating our specialty ingredients that you might not otherwise know what to do with.
